  • Am I able to take advantage of a cash advance?
    Customers must be 18 years of age or older and be able to provide one valid piece of government issued photo I.D. at the time of transaction and when retrieving their item(s).
  • What type of Gold & Silver do you take?
    We accept all gold and silver jewellery, gold dental, gold and silver coins. We do not accept gold plated / filled jewellery, flatware or stainless steel.
  • What type of merchandise do you consider for a cash advance or purchase?
    We are constantly open to working with customers in order to acheive a sucessfull transaction. At the moment we are taking current electronics( ex. blu-ray players, TV's, computers, Blutooth equipment, audio equipment), musical equipment (ex. pedals, amplifiers,guitars, keyboards), higher end brand name power tools (ex. Dewalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid), collectibles and gold/silver jewellery and coins. If you have something and do not see it in this list feel free to contact us so we can accomodate your questions.
  • Are you allowed to have multiple contracts at one time?
    Yes, we will consider all quality merchandise items for loan or purchase to suit your cash needs.
  • How long are the contracts valid for?
    The contracts are valid for one month from the original date of the transaction. This can be extended on a month to month basis or picked up by the customer at the desired time within the allotted time frame.
  • What is needed to reclaim an item(s) in with us?
    You will need to show valid government issued photo ID. Only the individual on the original contract can pick up the item(s) with their photo ID. This customer may authorize other individuals to pick up on their behalf. However, this may only be done in person.
  • What form of payment is accepted for product extensions and pick up?
    When paying for a contract monthly extension or picking up your item(s) we accept debit or cash only. No credit cards accepted on extended or item(s) retrieval.
  • Are there returns & refunds on purchased items?
    When purchasing items from our store there are no cash refunds on all items. GOLD N PAWN offers a 30 day in store exchange warranty on most items. All jewellery sales are FINAL sale.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    For contract extensions or picking up an item(s) we accept cash, debit and e-transfers. For in store retail transactions we accept cash, debit, visa/ mastercard and e-transfers.
  • Where are you located?
